sorry I cant tell from the photo - nearest would be a umbrella/moon jelly (Aquorea eurhodina) but it's usually easy to see the 4 underside lobes.

Carybdea rastoni stings but is not very paindul unless the sting is to sensitive areas. Its sting is not fatal.
