Looking at the ALA, I. tetrascia has shows two adjacent fine dots in each forewing. Imma acosma has variable patterning, however I. acosma has one single dot in each forewing in roughly a similar position,. And I acosma apparently shows a more southerly distribution in eastern Australia.
